Each question is supported by a rationale which explains how and why the issue examined is important. In addition, answering requirements specify the various details that complete answers are expected to cover. A pdf of the questionnaire is available to download.

All questions are straightforward. They are intended to inform and engage businesses rather than to trip them up. The 12 issues which are marked out with an asterisk are examined by questions which are currently available for businesses to answer. All other questions are available in draft on request. More questions will be available to answer soon.
